Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise formally agreed upon. Decode & Grow reserves the right to suspend or cease work for accounts with overdue payments.

All digital downloads, including but not limited to templates, prompt libraries, and audit tools, are provided for your individual or internal business use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of these digital assets is strictly prohibited without a prior commercial license agreement.

Intellectual Property
